The Holiday Farm Stazzi La China is a
young farm, and it begins the agricultural activity in the second semester
of 2004, according to precise strategies that respect the environment and
the characteristics of the ground, full of wealths and particularity.
The Holiday Farm Stazzi La China is specialized in the breeding of the
livestock that find in the 40 hectares the ideal environment for the
pasture. In the breeding they show up ovine, swines and meat cattle.
For the requirement of the family there is a small cheese production,
effected in the respect of ancient and traditional rules. In the cheeses
and in the "ricotta" there is the whole perfume of the pastures and the
whole love for the things of once, from the care of the livestock to the
milking manually performed still.
Our animals are only fed with checked natural food
stuff. Many are the hectares cultivated to pasture for our livestock, in
the optics of a guarantee of quality. But on the earth of the farm it is
born luxuriant and spontaneous a natural resource famous in Sardinia for
his merits and for his diffused use, to table as in erboristeria,
the Myrtle. The Holiday Farm Stazzi
La China produces from the myrtle the famous liqueur in two separate
qualities, the red and the less known one, the white myrtle, particularly
appreciated after the meals for his aromatic taste.
From the swines are drawn appreciated salami and hams,
exploiting the traditional knowledges norcine of the zone. Meat, salt and
spices, nothing other, to produce ancient tastes.
In our future the production of the oil of olive, always
with the principle to know everything of what is served on our table,
covering the complete productive cycle of it.
