The lodgings of the Agriturismo Stazzi La China reproduce the features and the aesthetics of the Stazzo Gallurese, only in Sardinia, and they are situated in panoramic points of the holiday farm, with sight on the valley.
The ground floor is composed by a small kitchen with an ample refrigerator with the whole material to cook and a wide room where to spend relaxing moments. The furnishing respects the tradition of the local farms, with woods of chestnut tree and rustic floors. All the lodgings are endowed with a bath, conditioned air and automatic heating.
The bedroom is placed in the loft with a double bed and a single bed.

What
is included in the price
The price is for one person in double room per day and includes the breakfast,
the linen and towels, the use of the kitchen and the fireplace, the heating/air
conditioned and the final cleaning of the lodging. The lodging has the stuff and
soaps necessary for the daily cleaning. Please let us know at the booking
moment if lodging is wanted with fireplace.

It
is available a baby bed with a protective net to the cost of 6 per day. If
the own baby bed is preferred the stay it is free.

Double room
single use
The farmhouse has not single room. In the low and middle seasons double rooms
are available for single use with a supplement of 50% ( 45 in low season and
52,50 in the middle season per day).
Pets
For the pets there is a final cleaning supplement of 15 .
Check-in /
Check-out
The rooms are available from the 2:00 pm of the day of arrival, and should be
given back within the 10:30 am of the departure day.
Payment
methods
To
confirm the booking is required a deposit of the 30% of the whole amount to pay
by bank credit transfer or by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD). The minimum
amount is a night of stay.
The remaining amount will be paid at the beginning of the stay by credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD) or by cash.
Offers
We are available to prepare personalized offers for small groups, from the 8
to the
20
people, in
the periods of low and middle season for a stay of 5 days at least.
